We had a meeting today to talk about some really tough decisions that you have to make when starting up a new production.
1- What color should the walls be?
2- What kind of furniture do you need?
3- Where do I park?
We are actually going to try to spruce up the environment a bit.
I used photoshop (in the photo above) to create my extreme make-over version.
A bigger decision to make is: Mac or PC?
Are there still compatability issues with Mac's and Flash?
Hi Bob! Nice to meet you!
I've noticed about your progress on your new cartoon series for Nick Jr. just a few days ago! I think it is great for me to witness the whole process so that I know how it feels to work as an animator, writer or creator of a particular show! Through blogging, it just makes the relationship between the crews and ordinary users closer than before! I, too, also have long planned to make my own cartoon show ever since high school although I have no idea where to start! Luckily, I really have a great mentor when I was in a university (a lecturer who once worked for Disney and Dreamworks). Through him, I am able to learn a bit more about the world of animation; I owe him a lot for that!
It seems that being one of the creators of a cartoon show is difficult, considering that lots of arguments and discussions are being voiced out before getting even the simplest idea ever! Boy, life must be hard there... Also, I just wonder what other shows you have before prior to Wubby cause I would love to check them out! Also, please spend some time on my blog too, filled with drawings and pictures depicting my bizarre experiences!

Hi Bob:
Love your site.
I work with Flash daily, and had to comment on the mac vs. pc thing. The studio where I work uses PC, my home studio is mac. There is never a problem transferring .fla's from one location to another. So feel free to choose MAC for your production! Heh heh.

Not sure if you've seen this site, but it's a great blog about animating in Flash. Might be a good resource or place of interest.
It's called Cold Hard Flash (http://www.coldhardflash.com/) and describes itself (in brief) as "a collection of thoughts on the recent swell of Flash-animated TV production."
It's a great blog with many additional links to blogs focused on flash animation. Enjoy!
