Have you ever wondered what goes on in the mind of a line producer?
Well this production "flow chart" that I found on our line producer Andrea Romero's desk might provide some answers.
Yikes!
I'm glad I draw!

i am glad that a mind like andrea's is a key part of our team. i just love the flow chart. now i can't draw or do flow charts, sooooooooooooooo..... better figure something out.
This is great! I cannot draw but aspire to be a producer/line producer for animation projects. I am fascinated by this and would love to learn more about the tools and processes used to manage animation production. I've scribbled many a workflow on napkins in my years producing interactive media so this chart doesn't make my brain explode. Instead, I want to learn more. Andrea, any chance of making a guest blog appearance and sharing a few tips of the animation production trade?

No I'm just an idiot and typed Romano when it should be Romero.
Boy, don't I feel stupid!
I'm gonna fix that right now.
Thanks!
