JUST A BOOK
This mode works like a good, old-fashioned picture book. It turns off interaction and sound for reading time. Perfect for bedtime and quiet time with your child.
- My three year old son loves the 'Read to Me' mode and since the app is read aloud and the individual words are being highlighted at the same time, I know that he's getting an association between what he's hearing and the actual word that's being spoken. My five year old prefers the 'Read & Play' mode that allows him read the story himself, but can tap the word to hear it aloud if he gets stuck. They both love the games and the interactive elements that have been hidden throughout the app and it's provided hours of entertainment for both of them. — Kevin
