Using hands-on teaching activities, developed by seasoned educators, to emphasize and reinforce essential skill building for Matching, Counting, Reading and Site Word Recognition. Kids can also tap into their creative skills as they decorate cupcakes, paint storybook pages and much, much more!
The story includes professional narration, promoting reading through sound and sight. Parents will appreciate the Grown-Up's Corner, which provides thoughtful questions designed to spark conversation while promoting critical thinking and comprehension.

Also included is the NEW Common Core Corner for further explanation of the educational activities infused within the story to help prepare children for the Common Core State Standards (CCSS) they’ll be expected to know in school. - JUST A BOOK This mode works like a good, old-fashioned picture book. It turns off interaction and sound. Perfect for bedtime and quiet time with your child.
